Acme Packet Certified Professional Support Engineer Certification Exam +
The Acme Packet Certified Professional Support Engineer Certification Exam is for Support Engineers, Support Technicians, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Assistance Center personnel. The exam focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities, such as: monitoring, maintaining, administering, running diagnostics, troubleshooting issues and submitting Trouble Tickets. This exam focuses on the Net-Net 3000/4000 family and includes questions on hardware and software.
Acme Packet Certified Professional Sales Engineer Exam +
This exam is for Acme Packet Sales Engineers (Employees and Partners). The exam focuses on the Enterprise market, including Enterprise, Contact Center, and Government segments. The exam addresses the NNOS-C platforms: 3820s, 4500s, NNESD-SE and NNESD-VME.
The ACP-SE exam certifies the sales-oriented skills needed to: present Acme Packet corporation and products; overview SBC solutions; present the Acme Packet product line with key capacities; explain Acme Packet’s feature/function groups at a high level; respond to objections, and identify where to find additional information.
The ACP-SE exam also certifies the technical skills needed to: successfully present, and order Acme Packet solutions in a complex VoIP environment; and explain Acme Packet’s feature/functions groups at a more detailed level, including explaining key concepts, terms, and processes for both an executive audience and a technical manager audience.
Acme Packet Certified Reseller Support Engineer +
The Acme Packet Certified Reseller Certification Exam is for Support Engineers, Support Technicians, and Tier 1 and Tier 2 Technical Assistance Center personnel employed by Acme Packet Resellers. The exam focuses on Tier 1 and Tier 2 activities, such as: monitoring, maintaining, administering, troubleshooting issues and submitting Trouble Tickets. This exam focuses on the Net-Net 3000/4000 family and includes questions on hardware and software. This exam focuses on the NNOS-E environment family and includes questions only on the software.
Acme Packet Certified Professional Network Engineer Certification Exam +
This exam is for Systems Engineers, Network Engineers, and Network design/planning consultants, who perform tasks such as: designing the SBC environment, installing, setting up, configuring, administering, and performing initial troubleshooting of the Net-Net Session Border Controllers. This exam focuses on the Net-Net 3000/4000 family.
